Sending small portion of ZKF to warm hole (Burning)

Burning a small portion of ZKF will strengthen price of ZKF.

This can be achieved by alloting small portion (i.e 2%) of tax revenue to buy back ZKF and send it to warm hole every day.

Real time view to watch burned ZKF will also may bring good results.

Because 10% of fees wouldn’t affect rewards much, but using that 10% to buy back and burn ZKF would have a big impact on the price of ZKF… it would be a really cool proposal for the government…
